Senior Specialist IGA (w|m|d) for 38.5 hours/week full-time, part-time employment is possible. The place must be occupied without notice. Location: Munich Klinik Zentrale Verwaltungs, Fritz-Erler-Straße The technology management of the MÃ1⁄4nchen Klinik gGmbH unites the medical devices, information technology and telecommunications departments at the largest municipal health service provider in southern Germany. We are the comprehensive service provider in all areas of the information technologies of the Munich Clinic.

You take over the independent administration and secure operation of our IGA platform and continuously develop it. Together with the service provider, you configure and manage interfaces to central source and target systems such as Active Directory, SAP, HR systems and ESM. You design and optimise identity management processes – from commissioning and role management to re-certifications – and thus support efficient identity governance (IG). You analyse errors, eliminate disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure a stable and transparent operation with careful documentation. You ensure high data quality and compliance, support audits and regulatory requirements, and develop automated reports to detect and clean data errors – for reliable access management (AM).

You have completed a study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification – alternatively a training as a specialist informatics with multi-year relevant professional experience – and brings well-founded experience in the operation and further development of IGA solutions. You have at least 5 years of practical experience with common IGA platforms, ideally OGiTiX, NetIQ or One Identity, as well as knowledge in user, role and permission management and directory services such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and X.500. You know about identity and access management concepts as well as authentication, authentication and authorization and have experience with technologies such as SAML and OpenID Connect as well as identity provider platforms. You have experience in modeling and automation of identity management processes and bring good knowledge in PowerShell or Java as well as experience with interfaces to SAP, HR and ITSM systems. You work analytical and solution-oriented, you know with 2nd and 3rd level support, technical documentation and data quality, and you enjoy actively supporting audits as well as regulatory and safety-relevant requirements.
