We develop intelligent solutions for the control and monitoring of complex building infrastructures – using our OpenLS6000 control system worldwide. To strengthen our technical support we are looking for a dedicated personality with sound IT know-how. As a specialist/specialist, you take over the technical support for our OpenLS6000 control system, in particular with regard to system installations, configuration and fault analyses. They analyze software error images and work closely with our development, internal IT and other specialist departments. They support the commissioning and adaptation of systems – customer-specific and solution-oriented. They create technical documentation and work in the training and instruction of users. As part of system tests and quality assurances, you contribute to the continuous optimization of our software solutions. Training: at least 3-year completed professional training (e.g. as a specialist:in) or a comparable qualification Personality and working methods: independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience, sound knowledge in Windows operating systems (Client & Server) and first experience with script languages (e.g. PowerShell, Batch, Python). Experience in fault analysis of software systems and in handling complex IT and system infrastructure Languages: very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge for technical exchange
