You guide the process technology department professionally and disciplinaryly and develop your team along technological and regulatory requirements. You standardize and optimize sterile production processes, detect and solve technical deviations and ensure efficient, stable processes in complex process engineering systems. You are responsible for monitoring and further developing critical process parameters in aseptic areas - including clean air technology, process management and qualified plant performance and keep an overview of ongoing projects. You have extensive experience in demanding sterile process chains and introduce them, in particular in the development of stable cycles, the technical qualification and the monitoring of complex commissioning. Together with your team, you design the cross-site technology and product roadmap and ensure a future-oriented development of the processes and systems in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.
