Head of Process Technology (m/f/d)

In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You guide the process technology department professionally and disciplinaryly and develop your team along technological and regulatory requirements. You standardize and optimize sterile production processes, detect and solve technical deviations and ensure efficient, stable processes in complex process engineering systems. You are responsible for monitoring and further developing critical process parameters in aseptic areas - including clean air technology, process management and qualified plant performance and keep an overview of ongoing projects. You have extensive experience in demanding sterile process chains and introduce them, in particular in the development of stable cycles, the technical qualification and the monitoring of complex commissioning. Together with your team, you design the cross-site technology and product roadmap and ensure a future-oriented development of the processes and systems in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.

Your profile You have a successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring multi-year leadership experience and pronounced social, conceptual and methodological skills. Multiannual experience in project business with knowledge in relevant technologies and industry standards complement your profile. Your ability to identify process improvements and to develop and implement effective solutions for complex technical challenges is a feature. Secure knowledge of English in word and writing and the willingness to occasional missions complete your profile.
