At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a temporary period until 31.12.2026 as part of a medical representation for the Office for Education and Care, childcare department Head (m/w/d) in full or part-time for the 4-group KiTa Feldbergstraße KiTa Feldbergstraße is a four-group facility with extended opening hours for children aged eight weeks to six years.

Further development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the concept oriented to the Reggio pedagogy, together with the employees and the district management Planning and implementation of projects and educational offers in small and large groups Implementation of the orientation plan for education and training in Baden-Württemberg Leading team, reflection, annual and assessment talks Designing a lifelong education partnership with the view to the resources of children, families and their lives General administrative activities such as responsibility for budgets, compiling reports and statistics Teamwork in the sense of a partnership-democratic leadership style Individual observation of children and written documentation of educational biographies (Portfolio) Instruction of trainees Public relations
