Trainee programme in transport route construction: focus on mastic asphalt and waterproofing technology (m/f/d)

For 15 months, you will participate in different tasks and learn about the essential structures, processes and interfaces in the concrete remediation  as well as in the areas of casting and sealing – including a three-month stay abroad From the first day on, you are part of our team and gain practical insights into various areas such as construction management, costing, work preparation, procurement, construction site support and quality management You accompany various construction and repair projects and learn in particular the technical and economic processes relating to concrete renovation, casting and sealing systems. During the entire training period, you will be accompanied by a:n Mentor:in, who will support you in your professional and personal development and together with you will determine your future orientation. After successful completion of the trainee program an application is provided as a construction manager:in (m/w/d) in the field of concrete remediation, casting and sealing

Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a comparable discipline First practical experience in concrete remediation, casting or building sealing is of advantage, e.g. through internships or student work Interest in the technical and economic development of demanding construction and repair projects Safe appearance and an independent, structured and dedicated way of working German language skills
