Development, design, functional testing and production of devices, equipment and technical tools for optimizing our production processes Production, assembly, commissioning and continuous development of equipment, devices and manufacturing aids Maintenance, conversion and continuous development of existing equipment and devices Production of individual parts, assemblies, templates, teachings and prototypes according to technical drawings, sketches or templates as well as adaptation of prototypes Construction and adaptation of transport equipment, load carriers and shelf systems Implementation of MIG and MAG welding work and cold and flame setting work Operation of machinery and equipment, in particular saw, kantbank, drilling and plasma cutting plant independent planning and processing of internal customer orders including material disposition and order Development and implementation of practical improvement measures under the Continuous Improvement Process (CDP) Close cooperation with production, construction, work preparation, maintenance and quality management as well as technical consulting of the departments

(m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), or a comparable training in the metalworking sector. Experience in MIG and MAG welding Safe reading of technical drawings Experience in the production and assembly of steel structures and assemblies Handicraft skills and a high quality awareness Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Own initiative and sense of responsibility Team and communication skills Creativity as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking Reliability and readiness Joy in the continuous improvement of processes Remarkable Knowledge of WIG welding Experience in CAD drawing creation and handling a 3D CAD system Experience in handling welding robots Fork and crane license or the willingness to purchase the crane license
