Windows Driver Development Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Windows driver developer in the area of hard disk encryption, you develop our VS-NfD approved hard disk encryption Trusted Disk, which is the standard in the German Federal Administration for the processing and storage of VS data. Together with a VS-Ecosystem around the Trusted Disk product, a complete solution is offered which depict many applications beyond normal encryption.

• Development and maintenance of Windows system drivers (with focus on disk encryption and filter drivers)

• Development and maintenance of Windows software in C/C++ using different libraries (e.g. Qt, Boost, Botan, SQLite)

• Depending on the qualification: development and maintenance of other system-related components in Windows and firmware based

• Work in a hybrid team at the Cologne site after Scrum Process

• Deep understanding of the development of Windows drivers

• Ideally knowledge of the development of filter drivers

• Experience in the development of C/C++ system components and applications in Windows

• Ideally, knowledge in building and maintaining CI and build environments

• First experience in the development of approved software is desirable

• Very good German & English skills
