In the position as a production worker (m/w/d), you are our all-rounder and make the difference! This is all about the smooth production and your irreplaceable contribution. At our location, you can use your active effort to make everything work like the lace. Don't worry, even if you're new in this area, we'll offer you an intensive training.

• Provides for the preparation, monitoring and operation of the production machines.
• Have control of the quality of our products – so everything is perfect.
• Take minor maintenance work and keep an overview of the production processes.
• Includes safety and hygiene standards – everything should be clean and safe.
• Take care of it, so that the team can handle everything.

We are looking for

For this position we are looking for people with pleasure to pack and learn new things. Your motivation counts more than a perfect resume. However, some things could be helpful:

• German knowledge of at least A2 level so that communication at the workplace is successful.
• First experience in production or in the craft sector is of advantage, but no need.
• Technical understanding or willingness to accept it.
• Reliability and team spirit – because everyone is pulling in one line.
• Ready to work in shift operation.
