Your duties Overall responsibility for quality management and quality assurance according to company, standards and customer requirements Management, further development and technical control of the areas of quality planning, measurement technology and quality assurance Development, implementation and monitoring of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 in cooperation with the central organization. Planning, implementation and supervision of internal and external audits including responsibility for certifications Control of quality-relevant key figures as well as initiation, implementation and follow-up of measures for the sustainable improvement of process and product quality Professional communication with customers and suppliers in all quality issues Co-operation and professional management in complex customer and supplier complaints using structured problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D) Accompanying, performing and moderating causes analyses directly in production (Gemba), including deriving and tracking effective corrective and preventive measures Technical cooperation with FMEA, Control Plans, First-Sample Releases (EMPB/PPAP) and Special and Deviation Releases

Your profile Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, plastics technology) or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the quality management of a manufacturing company, ideally in the plastics processing industry Knowledge of relevant quality standards, methods and tools (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, FMEA, 8D, SPC, Audits) Experience in quality customer and supplier care and project and escalation management Impressed leadership, enforcement capacity and a structured, analytical and result-oriented working method Safe handling of quality indicators and data-based decision bases Good English knowledge of word and writing
