You are characterized by:

• completed training in IT as a specialist system integration or comparable experience in IT support
• Knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware
• Knowledge of how to use network techniques, e.g. TCP/IP, routers, switches
• Knowledge of handling a ticket system
• very good German knowledge and good English skills
