Our team Treasury is responsible for the company. The core tasks of the Treasury department include the financing of all Group companies worldwide, the safeguarding of currency and interest risks, payment transactions and the request for funding. In addition, the department controls liquidity worldwide and thus ensures the Group's ability to pay.

As Treasury Manager*, you work very closely with our manager Treasury and perform the following tasks:

Financing: Monitoring and settlement of credit contracts (including covenants, conduct and information obligations, due dates), support in contract design and negotiation (including credit collateral and guarantees) Treasury Risk Management: Contract negotiation, conclusion, monitoring, adaptation and documentation of security instruments, analysis of group-wide treasury risks and preparation of the half-year risk report and preparation of recommendations for action Financial Asset Management: Monitoring (Pensions) special assets and development of recommendations for action Funding: Examination, submission of applications, monitoring and coordination of funding for all German sites in the Group Cash & liquidity management: execution of payment transactions, daily account disposition, cash pooling and electronic banking, creation of liquidity planning Reporting and Projects: Creation of Reports for Group-Internal and External Stakeholders, Creation of Decision Templates, Collaboration in Multidisciplinary Projects

Business studies or comparable training, e.g. as a banker* At least 3 years of professional experience in the treasury of an internationally oriented company or in the trade finance sector of a bank Basic knowledge of SAP – preferential experience with SAP Liquidity Planner Experience with a Treasury Management Program (ideally Coupa) Basic understanding of accounting logic Very good communication skills (complete cooperation with the Group companies worldwide, various departments, external partners) Quick conception and independent operation Very good knowledge of German and English
