Head of Treasury (m/f/d)

Strategic & Operational Responsibility ● Total responsibility for managing, planning and monitoring the liquidity of the group of companies (including interest and currency management) ● Management and further development of the Corporate Treasury and optimization of cash pooling and cash flow structures ● Central contact for banks, payment service providers and internal interfaces in Germany and abroad. Leadership of contract and contract negotiations with strategic focus Digital Transformation & Innovation ● Drive Modernization: Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Automation, AI Solutions, RPA, API Integration ● Increase efficiency through digital process optimization and liquidity forecasts ● Technology governance: TMS selection, implementation, change management Process optimization & controlling ● Optimization of central financial processes: Banking, Cash Pooling, Electronic Banking, Payment ● Automated liquidity dashboards and reporting ● Participation in monthly and annual accounts Leadership & Team Development ● Professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team ● Skilling the team to agile, data-driven workings ● Building digital skills in the team (TMS administration, data analysis, basic automation)

Your profile: Qualification (minimum requirements) ● Studies (BWL/Finance/Treasury) or banking training + additional qualification (e.g. VDT Certified Corporate Treasurer) ● 5–7 years treasury/financial management with operational responsibility ● Funded knowledge: liquidity management, cash pooling, electronic banking, interest/currency management ● Excel expert level (formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint Digital & technical skills ● TMS experience: Coupa, Agicap, Kyriba or similar systems (ideal: Configuration/Customizing) ● Automation & Integration: APIs, RPA basic understanding, cloud solutions ● Plus: Python/SQL Basics, Banking APIs (SEPA, eBAM) Personal competencies ● Strategy + Pragmatism: Focus on implementation and measurable results ● Tech-Affinity: Genuine Interest in Automation, AI and Modern Solutions ● Analytical thinking: data-driven decision-making ● Communication & Negotiation: Security to Management, Banks and IT ● Leadership competence: team development, mental agility ● Corporate Mindset: Own Responsibility, Cost Consciousness
