Payroll Specialist - Payroll / DACH / SAP (m/f/d)

As part of the Spandex Group, more than 170 dedicated employees form the Spandex Deutschland team and face the diverse tasks and challenges of an international trading company. You conduct the monthly salary billing for the locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in accordance with statutory, tax and social insurance regulations in cooperation with an external service provider You prepare deposits, bonuses and other special payments and process them You are main contact partners:in the case of authorities, external service providers and third-party providers in connection with payroll accounting You create and upload monthly payroll journals and transfer them via Promenta in SAP You identify and clarify inconsistencies and pay payments to third parties (taxes, social security, etc.) by You manage the salary documentation and maintain correct and law-compliant personal files, provide monthly employee numbers and quarterly salary reports for the financial department and work closely with Finance and Human Resources departments

You have a commercial training and well-founded experience in the handling of payrolls in the DACH region You have a comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss payroll system that will make your everyday life easier You bring experience with SAP, Promenta or similar payroll/financial systems with You are characterized by high accuracy, discretion and pronounced administrative skills You communicate safely in German and English and as a team player:in an important contribution in the finance team
