Planning, monitoring and acceptance of construction services and acquisition of the corresponding building tasks in the case of new and remodeling, for the objects assigned to the department Valuable and situative leadership of the working group with a total of six employees Development of service and work instructions, as well as work and personnel deployment planning and verification of work orders Continuous optimization of maintenance processes according to DIN 31051 by means of system evaluations, key figures, make or buy analyses and other common methods Processing of plant engineering (renewal) projects with independent preparation of tender documents, schedules and budget responsibility Development of a quality management system for the objects of the department of Haustechnik and Installation

Successfully completed specialist or Higher education (Bachelor) in the engineering sector of supply engineering, technical building equipment or comparable study As an alternative, a completed training as a installer and heater builder*in SHK or comparable qualification with an additional qualification as a specialist for building and facility management (HWK) Multiannual professional experience in the field of supply technology and maintenance of technical equipment and their maintenance Solid experience in the management of staff and reflected understanding of their own leadership role Knowledge of the legal framework e.g. BOStrab, VDE , DGUV V3 Knowledge of VOL and HOAI Class B driving licence
