You enter our customers on the phone, by e-mail or remote in all questions about our software module in the Import area You actively accompany the new and further developments of our software – from request to test You process inquiries from customers and interested parties and create specifications and functional descriptions for our product-specific software solutions You implement your own small projects and carry out online training at our customers You actively shape your task and take over project responsibility

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have an airline or the logistics industry, for example, as an import expert. A customer-oriented attitude, an affinity for IT, and your interest in dealing with software-relevant issues, will distinguish you MS Office is a well-known handicraft for you. Even if you're not an ITler, you're safe with software applications You have a quick understanding and work on new topics in a result-oriented manner You ideally have very good German skills You have team spirit, are open to new ideas and lifelong learning is your drive
