Service Allrounder Service team in our seasonal destination for winter sports (m/f/d)

E&P Reisen und Events GmbH is a tour operator with the focus on winter sports trips for group trips and individual customers. With us more than 27,000 customers travel annually. These stay in group houses led by us and by our subsidiaries. Under the claim “Many snow for a few flakes” we offer our customers:inside (target group 18-35 years) trips to top ski resorts of the Alps. In Cologne we employ about 45 employees and up to 90 seasonal employees in winter in our destinations. You've already gained first experiences in the hotel industry or tourism? Position type: Time/season contract

In our service team you are the “good soul” of the house and have to do with the various areas in the house. You take care of the cleanliness of the entire house, especially the cleanliness in all public areas. In addition, you work closely with the kitchen team. You support them with your help in cooking, covering and rinsing. The use (daily or weekly) in another house or in other work areas such as support behind the bar or the weekly program is not excluded. Your tasks Compliance with cleanliness of the entire house cleaning of public areas (dust suction, wiping, bath cleaning, etc.) Room cleaning on changing days Support of service management for washing laundry Help with all the tasks in the kitchen

Support of the bar team If you are well on ski or board, you can also take over Guiding groups and courses with great demand

Servicement and team skills An open eye for the hygiene and welfare factor Experiences in tourism/service/kitchen or housekeeping of advantage, but not necessarily necessary Service-orientedness and sense of responsibility High resilience, flexibility and creative ideas very good knowledge of German in writing and word (min.
