Management Trainee Clinic Management (m/f/d)

In your role as a management trainee, you are the right hand of the clinic management. Their activities include the complete range of hospital management, from performance management and medical strategy to budget issues and controlling to human resources management and construction. While you directly support the management, you take responsibility from the outset in individual thematic fields in order to gradually take responsibility for the position of the clinic manager or, respectively, to qualify managing directors of an Artemed site.

Ideally, you already have first theoretical and practical experience in hospitals, but also entry without professional experience is possible.
