The S-Payment belongs to the DSV group and is the tactor for all payment topics in the Sparkassen financial group. We recognize trends, create new impulses and advance savings banks with innovative payment solutions – and we have a direct influence on over 45 million end customers. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Among other things, this includes contactless payment with cards and the smartphone (App “Mobile Payment” for Android as well as Apple Pay with the Sparkasse) and much more.

The new 3-headed team Anti Financial Crime is currently engaged in the topics Fraudmanagement in the area of Payment and is looking for a team management at the locations Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main or Berlin.

Developing innovative approaches to preventing, detecting and combating financial crime with your team and developing proactive strategies to master future challenges in the field of anti-financial crime Responsibility: You make sure that the payment remains safe for the 47 million customers of the savings banks and is responsible for the development and implementation of measures against various types of fraud (Merchant, Consumer). In addition, you are responsible for compliance with internal RKIs, legal requirements and the creation and verification of suspicion messages Competently supervise and represent: You accompany the developed prevention concepts and systems over their entire life cycle. In addition, you represent the company in relevant projects, bodies and working groups and actively contribute to the development of guidelines and standards in the field of anti-financial crime. Set standards: You guide your team in the continuous optimization of processes and systems to improve prevention and detection mechanisms. At the same time, you initiate training and awareness-raising to strengthen awareness of anti-financial crime within the company and advise all areas proactively

Completed studies in economics, law, computer science or comparable training Experience in building and multi-year, successful management of anti financial crime, compliance, risk management or related areas Experience in managing employees and/or projects Impressive ability to develop creative solutions in a highly regulated and complex environment Experience in cooperation with cross-functional product and tech teams as well as in product-oriented organisations High communication strength, enforcement capacity, organisational capacity German and English language skills in word and writing Travel readiness (approx. 4 days / month)
