Coordinator Network Management (m/f/d)

You take the order and fault acceptance incl. Disruption classification in our network management center (NMC). You coordinate the elimination of disturbances in cooperation with technical disciplines. You communicate professionally with our business customers and service providers in the operating and disabling process. In addition, you will create reports and evaluations for customers and the management level. You initiate escalation scenarios in the violation of service-level agreements and document them according to the disorder process. You can help monitor, configure and report technical systems, maintain documentation systems, and edit network work. Participation in a standby service is also part of your task.

You have a specialist degree with IT or engineering training. You convince by organisational skills and structured, careful working. You are characterized by a high customer orientation and you are entitled to manage each conflict of interest optimally for customers and businesses. You're a team player who shows a lot of own initiative at the same time. As an ambassador of the company, you have our mission, as well as the big whole. Your area of responsibility extends over the security-relevant area, so an extended security check is required. You bring good English knowledge, the German language is presumed at least in C levelau.
