We are looking for a care professional (m/w/d) for the Haus auf der Waldau in Stuttgart in full time (39 hours/week).

• You control the care process and coordinate the basic and treatment care of our residents.
• You care about people in your group and document your activities.
• You are in contact with doctor's practices, pharmacies and relatives.
