Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – VZ/TZ

You want to accompany people in Leverkusen in their financial decisions and build real relationships instead of selling products? At the Sparkasse Leverkusen you will become a trusted contact person for private customers – personally, digitally and in the middle of the region.

Your tasks at a glance: Consultancy competence: You advise your client:incompletely on topics such as accounts, insurance, pension provision, asset building and financing. Relationship building: You gain new customers:involve existing relationships sustainably. Need orientation: You recognize financial needs and develop suitable solutions. Final Strength: You accompany financial decisions from consultation to conclusion of the contract. Responsibility: You test financing requests and process customer requests across different channels.

That's what you bring: Successfully completed bank business training. Completed training on the Sparkassenfachwirt:in the Sparkassenakademie or the willingness to complete this short term. Experiences in customer consulting and joy in dealing with people. Safe handling of digital media and omnichannels access routes. Understanding the legal regulations in the securities business (e.g. WpHG, MiFiD, compliance requirements).
