We are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern (m/w/d), who is working on our team Circus Arts actively supported. As an intern, you will get valuable insights into the organizational and administrative processes in artistics and have the opportunity to know your knowledge in one expand creative and dynamic environment. Stock and warehouse management: Implementation of the monthly inventory in the artistic warehouse and maintenance of the virtual inventory list Control and coordination of the inventory in the Artistics Camp and in the Dance Hall Cleaning and care of artistic materials, such as cloths and Aerial Hoops Shipments of artistic props to and from ships Coordination of orders (including MasterTask) and optimization of product selection Administrative support: Participation in the preparation of sample and annual plans, including the development of design drafts Self-ordering of office material and management of the corresponding resources Support in documentation and protocol management at meetings Operational support and coordination: Place, arrange and organize props for samples and events Verification of data synchronization for audio technology Coordination between departments and support of managers:inside and acrobat:inside operations Tasks Procurement of materials and support in logistical processes

Student in the field of Entertainment, Artistics, Dance, Musical, Theatre or Technology (Bühne) First practical experience, e.g. in the form of internships or training in Varieté, circus, theatre companies and/or in the area of entertainment and cruise desirable Expertise in Artistics or Dance desirable Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Fast and structured work and pleasure in varied activities and independent work Teamability and very good communication skills Stress resistance, creativity and safe occurrence
