Technician Work Preparation - Electronics / EMS (m/f/d)

You lay the foundation for efficient series production by conducting DFM and feasibility analyses and thus ensuring product quality from the outset. As a central figure in the NPI process, you accompany our latest electronics products from development to successful delivery to series production. You are responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of work plans and production documents, especially for our SMT and THT processes. In close coordination with production, purchasing and quality, you identify proactive potential for improvement and drive the optimization of our production processes. You actively shape the future of our work preparation by questioning existing methods and establishing new standards in manufacturing engineering.

You have several years of experience in electronics production, ideally in the field of EMS. You bring a technical training to/from the technician:in or master:in or have completed a degree in electronics or electrical engineering. You have good knowledge of SMT, THT and test processes. You have already gained experience in work preparation, manufacturing engineering or NPI. Your work is structured as well as solution-oriented and you like to take responsibility. As a communication-strong personality, you speak fluent German (C1) to tune yourself with all the interfaces.
