Teachers / Health Careers / Health Careers / Health Careers / Health Careers / Social Workers / Social Educationers / Psychologists / Educational Researchers / (m, w, d)

as reinforcement in the outpatient care for people with a mental illness and addiction in full-time or part-time (min. 50%)

We wish you:

• Completed study or training
• First experience in work with mentally ill or addicted people
• Joy of communication and advice
• Interest in professional training and case management

Your tasks: *Visiting work and case-leading 1:1 support

• Design of the individual participation process
• Close cooperation in the team, with the cost carrier and the regional aid network
