Technischein / Ingenieurin (w/m/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik Unit Property, Construction and Security At the closest possible point in time, a position as Technical Directorin / Engineerin (w/m/d) of the Department of Electrical Engineering (currently 38.7h/week) is to be occupied in full time in the Department of Properties, Construction and Security at the University of Lübeck.

As head of the ''Technical Service'' division, they lead a team of craftsmen, foreworkers and masters. They ensure the maintenance and operational safety of all technical installations, buildings (TGA and electrical engineering) and equipment taking into account economic aspects. They plan future maintenance and advise the management of the annual budget planning. They are responsible for the commissioning of all necessary expert examinations of the technical installations in compliance with the statutory regulations and test guidelines and the initiation of the processing of defects. The monitoring of construction measures and technical handovers are part of your task as well as the control of compliance with existing and the implementation of new legislation. They deal with the current state of the art and allow it to flow into the operation. As part of your activity, they take the function of “Responsible Electricity” for the entire UzL campus.
