IT Support Administrator (m/w/d)

Version 1 (clear and direct)

Tasks: IT support: Provide 1st & 2nd Level IT support for storage systems as part of the management team in shift operation.

System monitoring: Monitor the system landscape, in particular the SAP-EWM interfaces and the warehouse management system, on errors and vulnerabilities.

Reporting & Analysis: Create regular reports and specific analyses for system performance.

Incident Management: Edit, document and communicate disruptions and new requirements in the ticket system.

Error analysis: Analyze incidents, identify potential causes and evaluate the impact on the entire system landscape.

Incident Classification & Escalation: Classify incidents after severity and forward them to the relevant teams (e.g. 3rd level support, IT infrastructure teams). If necessary, you estimate the escalation requirement.

Interface function: As a central interface between the operating logistics team and various IT teams (e.g. SAP cloud support, SAP-ERP, SAP-MES).

Problem solution: Develop and implement fast workarounds to secure operational operation.

Funded knowledge in end-to-end logistics processes with high IT affinity.

Deep understanding of logistics application environments, their IT infrastructure and system integrations.

Experience in root research and development of solutions for warehouse management systems (WMS).

Ideally multiannual experience with SAP-EWM or similar systems, including knowledge in their core functionalities and customizing.

Knowledge of material flow processes and the creation of functional specifications are advantageous.

Embossed analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.

Communication and team skills.

ABAP identifiers are a plus, but no requirement.

Flowing German and basic knowledge in English.
