Your duties Communication with customers, object managers and technicians by telephone and e-mail Editing trouble messages in ticket systems Tel. reception, forwarding to the departments or immediate sending of our domestic technicians in emergency cases (e.g. water damage) Documenting the Orders and Posts Supporting the areas of expertise, including the disposition of technical teams

Quick conception or basic technical understanding Experience in the field of house management, support center (call center), insurance (damage processing) Safe handling of MS Office programs & ticket systems Very good knowledge of German, other languages of advantage Ready to work in the shift system, we are there 365 days a year, 24/7 for our customers!
