Create reports for HR and Finance Close cooperation with external partners, authorities and social security institutions Support for the implementation of the annual financial statements and cooperation on issues relating to auditing Co-operation with paid projects Implementation of operating arrangements and operational regulations Structured and continuous improvement of processes and systems

Professional training with appropriate further training, e.g. personal businessman (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of business management ideally with a focus on HR At least 2 years of professional experience in pay billing Knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Responsible, structured and timely implementation of the tasks Communicative and social skills with high service orientation Safe handling of current MS Office applications German language skills in word and writing
