Trainee Controlling & Accounting (m/w/d)

As part of our structured trainee program, starting on 01.10.2025, you will get deep insights into the areas of controlling and accounting and get to know more relevant areas From the outset, you are part of the team and work with the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts You actively introduce your ideas into budgeting processes and experience how your work has a concrete impact on business decisions Whether cost analyses, target-actual comparisons or ad-hoc evaluations – with well-founded analyses, you provide the basis for the management In your own (partial) projects you take responsibility and bring your know-how They work closely with colleagues from adjacent departments and get valuable insights into other business areas

A successfully completed study of economics, business management / BWL, controlling or finance or a comparable study direction Ideally, you have already been able to gain first practical experience through internships or working student activities in the financial sector Inspire figures – just like the desire to understand and shape business relationships Teamwork makes you fun – at the same time bring your own initiative and sense of responsibility MS Excel belongs to the standard repertoire for you, first experiences with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) are a plus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
