Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Defining quality requirements for end products taking into account customer requirements Development and implementation of quality assurance concepts in compliance with legal guidelines and regulations Monitoring and ensuring product and process quality including design testing Collection, analysis and statistical evaluation of quality data and derivation of appropriate measures Implementation of Cause Analysis in Quality Deviations and Introduction of Correction and Prevention Measures Planning and implementation of optimization measures and evaluation of their impact on product quality Advice and training of employees in all quality topics Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits Initiation and follow-up of improvement projects as part of the continuous improvement process (KVP) Processing and control of complaint management Responsibility for quality risk management Creation of documentation as well as regular reporting to Supply Chain Management

Complete study or technical training with further education in the field of quality management Multiannual professional experience in the quality assurance of a manufacturing company, ideally in a senior function Funded understanding of technical production processes and pronounced process thinking Communication strength and enforcement capacity Safe handling of common computer systems, especially MS Office
