Support of the Chairman of the Board of Management in the operational day-to-day business: preparation, refurbishment and protocol management at board meetings and meetings of the Chairman of the Board of Management, transfer and communication of decisions to the organisation, follow-up of implementation Board management: preparation, organisation, implementation and follow-up of meetings and meetings of the bodies and committees of the Düsseldorf deacons with independent preparation of presentations, drafts of decisions and reports for the bodies, as well as execution of decisions in contact with notaries, associations, foundation supervision and ecclesiastical bodies Participation in special projects and other tasks in the field of committee and board support

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in assistance or Board support, ideally in the board environment Knowledge of statutory and foundation law Very good written and oral communication skills as well as sovereign, friendly appearance Structured, responsible and trusting work Very good organizational skills and safe handling of MS 365
