Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of our product management team at the headquarters Building and establishing effective structures, processes and clear work content in an even young department Strategic leadership of our products in the market over the entire product life cycle Responsibility for global development, care and implementation of our product roadmaps Close, international and leading cooperation with our subsidiaries worldwide Interface management between sales, development and production with direct reporting line to management Observing market, competition and technology trends to identify new potentials Presentation of our company and our products to customers, trade fairs and events

Successfully completed study or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in product management, and proven successful leadership of teams Experience in building and structuring departments and processes Strategic thinking combined with pronounced hands-on mentality Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity knowledge of English in word and writing; readiness to travel in the international environment Experiences/knowledge in the automotive environment (OEM/AM)
