In order to strengthen the financial department of our client, a company from the healthcare sector, we are now looking for an employee (m/w/d) in creditor accounting for the Tübingen site.

This is a fixed job in a unlimited working relationship. The start is made as part of the transfer of workers. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Verification of the factual, fiscal and computational correctness of receipts using validation software • Investigation of requests for reimbursement and settlement of invoice-related requests • Registration of input invoices with and without order reference to the SAP R3 system • Execution of payment running in the SAP R3 system • Processing, management and registration of data from electronic interfaces • Balance of accounts and clarification of differences • Treatment of balance confirmations • Collection and updating of the master and base data of debitors and creditors

Your qualifications: • A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of work • Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP R/3 • Service-oriented appearance • Good knowledge of English is advantageous
