Teacher for the technical coordination and content control of practical training in nursing (m/f/d)

As a nurse education teacher (m/w/d) for the technical coordination and content management of practical training, you play a central role in the planning, coordination and further development of practical training as well as in the school-internal practical curriculum. Based on the current training requirements, you develop appropriate training and learning concepts and transfer theoretical content into specific learning objectives, work and learning tasks and learning situations. You coordinate the training content and learning objectives with the practitioners and cooperation partners involved and ensure a uniform and quality-oriented implementation of practical training at the various places of use. In doing so, you will advise and accompany the practitioners in the design of manual situations and assist them with professional questions. In addition, you accompany the trainees during their practical training phases and support them in developing their professional competence. You contribute to practical visits and reflection and development talks, support the assessment of practical learning development and give constructive feedback. You will also work on the development and revision of evaluation instruments, practical tasks and documentation bases. You regularly check the quality of practical training, evaluate feedback and, together with the persons involved, carry out appropriate improvement measures. With your central function, you will promote cooperation between school, trainees, practitioners and the participating educational institutions. In addition, you will participate in expert meetings, working groups and conceptual development processes and document relevant coordination and measures within the framework of practical training.

You have completed nursing training as well as a university degree in nursing or medical education (min. Master or Diploma) or comparable and were ideally able to gain first teaching experience (work experience desirable 2-5 years).
