Your tasks: • Consulting our customers in all service questions – competent, friendly and solution-oriented • Creation of service orders and cost proposals • Vehicle acceptance and return, including customer support • Close cooperation with workshop team, spare parts warehouse & sale • Quality assurance and time monitoring • Active support in optimizing service processes

Your profile: (m/w/d) • Professional experience as a service consultant • Embossed customer and service orientation • Communication strength and organisational skills • Safe handling of computer systems • independent and team-oriented working
