We: is responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects in food retail with a focus on REWE and PENNY sales lines – the core business of REWE Group. are responsible for designing and implementing key strategic issues such as the further development of market concepts, the reorientation of assortments or the transformation of business models. develop tangible results with measurable impact and visible changes along with the different departments of REWE Group.

Your job and impact: You: take responsibility for the management and the professional coaching of your project team. supports your project team in carrying out data-driven analyses and the subsequent formulation of concepts. create project documents for decision-makers together with your team: inside the organization and are in close contact with important stakeholders. presents and discusses results with top management. moderate workshops with the specialist areas and ensure knowledge transfer between stakeholders. develop into a real trade expert/a real trade expert through a diverse project portfolio from the most important strategic projects of REWE Group. take responsibility for internal initiatives to develop the department.

Your Skillset: You: have completed your university degree above average and have already collected four to five years of practical experience in a top management consulting, strategy or project department; Alternatively, you will look back on a long-term career with leadership experience in the trade or the FMCG industry. owns a well-founded “Consulting Toolkit” and can demonstrate experience in managing complex projects and managing team members and clients. possesses a distinct structured and analytical mindset and have fun in complex issues. works independently and practice-oriented and brings a strong communication and enforcement capability. have a sovereign appearance in dealing with operational levels and top management. in the best case, both in informal exchange and in business context, has very good English skills.
