With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. You are responsible for the work processes from the product disposition, delivery and storage to the sale of goods and set meaningful priorities. You ensure compliance with economic indicators and carry out the inventory. With passion, you will guide your team and plan the personnel deployment. You have a look at the maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and machines and also take care of their maintenance. You work according to the quality requirements of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal regulations.

You are trained in the retail trade (e.g. merchant or retail trade) or have a comparable qualification in the beverage sector. A 'crossing' is also possible. You bring goods and assortment knowledge in the area of beverages. You understand how to think and act in business and already have experience as department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions.
