Team Leader Maintenance (m/f/d)

You run the maintenance department (scientific and disciplinary) and are responsible for personnel deployment planning, development and qualification. You ensure high plant availability, plan and optimize preventive maintenance and actively contribute to maintenance and optimisation of production facilities. You analyse and troubleshoot plant disorders, take over the rebuilding of electrical/electronics on devices as well as on-site installations and carry out programming, maintenance and adaptation work on machine controls. As part of your activities, you are responsible for the robot, PLC, conveyor and automation technology in the plant and accompany test runs as well as commissioning. You control budget and spare parts management, coordinate external service providers and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. You work closely with the fields of production, quality, logistics and engineering and take over the sub-heading of technical projects and investments. You will also accompany and support audits such as IATF, ISO, HSE and customer audits.

You have a successfully completed technical training – e.g. as a mechanical engineer, industrial engineer or mechatronic engineer (m/w/d) – with further training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) or industrial master metal (m/w/d) and with relevant professional experience in maintenance. Ideally, you bring several years of leadership experience in a highly automated production plant, preferably in the automotive supply industry. You possess well-founded knowledge of PLC technology, robotics, pneumatics, electrics and mechanics and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality. We require experience with TPM, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (KVP). Embossed leadership, communication and organization skills complete your profile.
