Participation in technologically demanding and complex R&D process development projects in automation technology, in the development of technology in test carriers and realization in special machines Close technical cooperation with project staff Responsible implementation of operational activities in development Documentation of laboratory structures and prototypes Conduct and evaluation of test runs and tests Responsible documentation of development status Evaluation and analysis of results Self-application of statistical methods in process development, Cpk, DoE, Six Sigma, OEE, Tolerance Stack

Knowledge and skills acquired as a rule by a completed at least 3 years of professional training and at least 2 years of professional training, as well as additional knowledge and skills acquired through long-term professional experience or undergraduate studies Very good knowledge of how to use the current MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, as well as good basic understanding and quick opinion for technical software applications Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Own initiative and motivation for continuous improvement of processes Structured problem analysis and solution finding Teamability and an organised and independent way of working Very good communication skills with internal and external contacts Technicians, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or comparable discipline.
