Professional and practical training of trainees in the field of mechatronics Configuration of the training content according to the training framework plan and support in exam preparation Support, promotion and assessment of the professional and personal development of trainees Organisation and support of training projects and practical learning formats Participation in the further development of modern training and learning concepts Support for the acquisition and selection of new trainees Presentation of KHS at training and career fairs as well as at school events Cooperation with departments, schools, chambers and other training sites

Complete training in the field of mechatronics or comparable technical qualifications as well as further training for technicians, masters or comparable qualifications Multiannual practical professional experience in the technical environment Traineeship according to AEVO or willingness to acquire Enthusiasm for work with young people and the communication of expertise Communication strength as well as an appreciation and binding handling Independently responsible, structured and reliable operation Knowledge of modern learning and training methods and ideally experience with digital learning content Ideally experience in training or in training marketing as well as willingness to occasional service trips

Wages: 65,000 € - 75,000 € The specified salary range forms our current framework for this position and is based on market and corporate structures. The specific salary is defined individually on the basis of qualifications, experience and competencies and can also be outside this range in justified cases.
