Insurance & Contributions Private Clients Specialist – Voluntary Members (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the insurance and contribution assessment of voluntary insured persons. To clarify the facts, contact the customer by phone and accept the welcome calls. Completely advise our customers on voluntary membership issues.

You have completed training to/from the businessman/wife for office management or completed training to/from the social security specialist or have a comparable qualification. Ideally you bring first professional experience in the field of voluntary insurance. You enter customer and market requirements and transfer them to customer solutions. You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive. Customer relationships make you aware, active and positive. In challenging situations, you will be able to prove yourself resilient and successfully complete tasks.
