Working Student (gn) Quality and Training

You are part of the quality and training team and assists in the transfer of company knowledge to external service providers and their service agents Your goal is to ensure that all stakeholders develop a fundamental understanding of products, processes and customer-oriented communication strategies Training development & implementation: You help in the planning and implementation of presence and online trainings as well as in the creation of training materials Technical & methodological knowledge transfer: You support training on tariffs, bills and customer interaction Quality Assurance & Coaching: You carry out tests, analyse service calls and assist in coaching Interface & Knowledge Transfer: You work with internal specialist departments and external partners Process & system training: You help with the introduction of new IT tools and processes to improve service Feedback management & further development: You support the evaluation of training measures and their optimization

You are a registered student*in an economic study or a similar course of study You already have experience with e-learning platforms or webinars? Great! Empathy and coaching skills are a plus point Knowledge about energy supply or electricity market is a plus You want to improve processes and use AI tools? Then you're right with us!
