Your tasks

• Versatile projects: Project management for large-scale projects in the role of contractor representation for their own projects
• Excess responsibility: Efficient and structured project organization across all phases of HOAI / AHO
• Bring your expertise: Leading and controlling object and specialist planning and coordination of all project participants
• Examination & advice: You are responsible for project controlling and reporting, as well as the preparation of decision bases for the steering bodies

Your profile

• Experience & training: Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with project experience as well as a completed study, e.g. civil engineering
• Expertise: Safe application of the HOAI / AHO, VOB / BGB and other professional regulations
• Operation: Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, negotiation skills and enforcement
• Empathic personality: Representative social competence, team and communication skills
