Working in Assembly / Construction / Integration of Automation Solutions

Your tasks

You install, build and assemble automation and robotics systems – especially electrically, but also mechanically in Paderborn and on site

You transfer and connect robots, controls and individual components

You build control cabinets, wires them according to schematics and implements electrical specifications

You carry out electrical tests and ensure electrical safety and protection

You work closely with engineering, quality, planning and logistics

You plan, optimize and improve workflows in the Assembly Team

You support commissioning, adjustments and optimizations – internally and with the customer

That's what you bring You have completed training as an electronic, mechatronic or comparable technical qualification

You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in plant or special machine construction

You are safe in cabinet construction, wiring and performing electrical tests

You understand technical drawings, tolerances as well as simple pneumatic and hydraulic systems and practically implement this knowledge

You work independently, structured and solution-oriented

You communicate clearly, work in the team and take responsibility for quality and results

You are also able to act in stressful situations, set priorities and implement constructive conflicts

You speak fluent German? – English knowledge is beneficial Travelling You are ready to travel at least 50% of your working time, depending on the current order situation

You work directly with the customer in Germany and Europe and support the installation, assembly and commissioning of the plants
