The city of Überlingen is a center with around 24,000 inhabitants in the western shores of Lake Constance. A well-developed infrastructure and all school facilities are available on site. Examination of the entire construction area of the city and the privately owned premises of Altenheime and of the wastewater treatment association: Examination of tender documents and award proposals in the fields VOB / VgV / HOAI / UVgO Examination of services by VOB Examination of final invoices for correspondence with depreciation requirements and accounting rules Testing of yields for conformity with the calculation data Examination of the assessment of buildings, roads and engineering structures under the annual accounts Constitution of audit reports and audit reports and their follow-up to the clearing of complaints Advice to the departments, including the presentation of opinions Advice on the scope of the contract and the design of HOAI contracts Accompanying the overriding construction test A change of the task area is reserved.

Complete degree in architecture or engineering (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the entire construction sector (construction, costing, billing) Comprehensive legal knowledge in the fields of GemO, VOB, HOAI and other relevant regulations Experience in the municipal sector and administrative experience desirable Basic knowledge of New Local Budget Law (NKHR) desirable High analytical thinking and judgment Good communication and cooperation capability combined with enforcement capability Self-employed working with a high degree of self-initiative Class B driving licence
