E102 | About the Technical Office The Technical Office (tba), is a central institution of the University Hospital of Tübingen and is responsible with an experienced team of 190 professionals for the technical support and plant management of both the University Hospital and the entire University of Tübingen.

The Department of Purchasing is a comprehensive and supportive department for the individual departments of tba.

independent preparation and implementation of tenders for construction and planning services in accordance with VOB/VgV/HOAI; Creation of award documents, publications, offerings and documentation support of the project management in the case of procurement issues (VOB, VgV, UVgO); Interface to the internal award point Contract management, cost tracking, time monitoring, follow-up testing, SAP-based mapping and monitoring of project-related assignments Maintenance of project-related purchasing and contract data in SAP, support in budget monitoring and cost control

Completed commercial or technical training or corresponding studies (e.g. civil engineering, economic engineering, administration, purchasing) Knowledge of public procurement law (VOB, VgV, UVgO) and HOAI Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the construction/project environment of public hands Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications Analytical thinking, organisational skills and communication strength Willingness to take responsibility in the project context
