Your tasks Legal advice of internal specialist departments in civil, contractual and competition matters, including sales representatives Development of practical solutions for complex legal issues – focusing on implementation in our business processes Persecution of competition law violations (except court and court) Examination, design and negotiation of contracts in the distribution and commercial environment Legal support of projects and initiatives in sales, marketing and project management Data protection assessments and audits Monitoring and implementation of new legal developments

Your profile

Very good knowledge of civil law, industrial legal protection and contract law; ideally first experience in data protection law (GDPR, BDSG etc.) Knowledge of IT law or affinity for digital processes are a plus Embossed economic understanding and joy in entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Communication strength, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mode of operation Team skills, professionalism and a friendly appearance Safe handling of MS Office; Interest in Legal Tech and AI-based tools complete your profile
