Application Manager Business Central (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active company in the field of recycling and recycling, which wins high-quality secondary raw materials from different waste streams at numerous locations worldwide. In the course of further growth and continuous development of the IT landscape, we are looking for an IT Application Manager (m/w/d) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the Krefeld site.

In this newly created position, you play a central role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and, after the planned Go-live in early 2027, you are responsible for the stable operation and the further development of the system. As a sole application manager for Germany, you coordinate cooperation between departments, international IT and external service providers and actively contribute to the further development of the IT landscape.

Responsibility for the operation, support and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Recording and coordinating technical requirements as well as controlling external service providers and international IT interfaces Planning and monitoring of releases, updates, tests and changes in close coordination with the departments Support and training of users and ensuring uniform ERP standards and processes Takeover of IT support in the case of representation, in particular in case of malfunctions and issues around Microsoft 365, jobs and mobile devices

Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in ERP application management, as a key user or functional consultant Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable cloud ERP system Good understanding of business processes and experience in coordinating requirements, service providers and system changes German and English skills and a structured, independent and service-oriented working method
