These exciting tasks await you

You are responsible for the technical and contractual execution of the construction projects You co-ordinate the assembly implementation, timing, commissioning and acceptance of the contractual services in the specified cost framework You are a contact person for project management, employees and subcontractors You are an important part in planning and construction meetings and acceptances in coordination with the project management You have discrepancies, delays and additional costs in mind and are looking forward to the project management You first set up schedules for assembly and check them in the weekly schedule in consultation with the foreworkers

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed electrotechnical training, ideally with technician or master degree You have already gained first experience in the management of construction sites You have knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, VOB Part B/C as well as line system guidelines LAR You are characterized by negotiation skills, organisational skills and enforcement You have a secure handling of common Microsoft Office programs You have the rating of class B
