Supplier Developer (m/f/d)

Supplier analysis — Assessment of existing and new suppliers in terms of quality, performance, cost structure and process stability Supplier development — Construction, further development and optimisation of supplier relationships and derivation and implementation of improvement measures quality assurance — performance of audits, process analyses and quality assessments; Ensuring compliance with standards, standards and customer requirements Technical cooperation — Close coordination with suppliers and internal departments on technical changes, product approaches and process optimization Risk management — identification of risks in the supply chain and development of appropriate stabilisation and safeguard measures Project support — Support of projects focusing on supplier performance, material availability and quality Strategic development — Participation in the long-term supplier strategy, selection of new partners and the establishment of sustainable supply chains

Complete technical or economic studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in purchasing, quality management, supply chain management or in supplier development Safe handling of quality methods, audits, process analyses and key figures Impressed communication and negotiation Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Ready for business trips Very good German and good English skills
